Fredriksen Maclean & Associates has been in business since 1988 when it was founded by Dave Fredriksen and Alan Maclean and is a dynamic business providing spatial information and consulting surveying services.
The team continues to provide exceptional service under the leadership of Alan Maclean.
Alan understands that each client needs personalised care and attention and has engaged in an extensive range of surveys on many of the major construction projects in the Central Queensland area. With more than 75 years of combined experience, Alan Maclean and the staff understand how to give their customers what they need promptly.
Our local knowledge and records of surveys over the past 44 years is a real advantage to most of our clients.
Fredriksen Maclean & Associates specialises in land surveying, construction and engineering surveying. We are the go-to company and name you can trust in the land surveying industry. We are members of SSSI and GEA so you can rest assured that we are up with the latest standards and requirements throughout the industry.
One of the things that set us apart from other land surveyors is that we are a licensed consulting cadastral surveyor offering aerial mapping from our drones. Some other firms do not have the CASA operating certificate with Casa Qualified pilots and associated insurances to operate drones commercially. You can trust that we are certified professionals and will help you get the best results for your project.
Not only do we offer land surveying services but as also provide expert spatial information and consulting services for government, commercial and community use. Our qualified and enthusiastic team will provide help through every step of the process and ensure the project is completed as requested.

Our primary service areas are Gladstone, Biloela, Moura, Theodore and the greater CQ area. We also have worked for clients in Rockhampton, Bundaberg and Agnes Water.
